The BEAT Dance Tour is a weekend filled with so much more than just dance, we provide smaller class sizes to ensure each dancer can truly learn from the experience. Each class is completely different than the next featuring top choreographers and dance professionals from movies and television shows, tours with top artists and more! Our faculty are not just phenomenal dancers but inspiring, versatile, talented teachers.
From meet and greet to the ending ceremonies, The BEAT's enthusiastic environment will push your ability as a dancer. Improving your skill set while enjoying each moment is something The BEAT prides itself on.

We are proud to have the opportunity to say we run The BEAT as a family and we train dancers in a non-competitive environment, leaving them ready and able to compete at the highest level of dance. Individual dancers, groups and studios are welcome to come dance with us! We know there are many options out there and we thank you for choosing The BEAT. ABOUT THE BEAT
SCHOLARSHIPS & GUIDELINES
After each class, each faculty member will take note of dancers that stood out in their class for scholarships to The BEAT and for BEAT bucks to the merchandise table: Scholarships will be handed out as follows:

THREE students will be selected by our faculty to receive a full scholarship to the BEAT event of their choice for the following BEAT season.

THREE students will also be selected as partial scholarship winners by our faculty to recieve $100 scholarships to the BEAT event of their choice for the following year.

SPECIAL AWARDS will be given out each weekend to students including partial scholarships, prizes and merchandise gift certificates.

BEAT BUCKS will be handed out by the faculty in every class and be redeemed either at our online merchandise store or at the event.
The BEAT will be offering partial scholarships to The Hollywood Summer Tour. The Hollywood Summer Tour is a dance career intensive intended for advanced dancers looking to pursue a future in commercial dance. During the Hollywood Summer Tour program you will be mentored by top industry professionals actively working in the entertainment industry! Dancers are only allowed to receive one scholarship per season.

Scholarships are non-transferable.

All scholarships must be used before the expiration date printed on the voucher.
To redeem your scholarship, please visit the link below. You will be prompt to fill out a redemption form. If you plan on registering via online registration, you will receive a promotional code for the value of the scholarship to register that ticket.
Ages are listed as a guideline.

CREDITS & REFUNDS
Please fill credit & refund reception form to ensure proper reception of your credit or refund.

All credits are non-transferable and expires one year from the date of the event.

You will receive an email to the email address submitted below containing information on redeeming your credit for the event location in the following tour season. This email will be sent, once the next season's tour dates are available.
NO refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.
ALL credits & refunds must have supporting documents.
OTHER INFORMATION

5+ Dancers registered and teacher fee is waived! Please use mail in form for group registration.

Parent will be welcome at the door without a fee.

Observers not accompanied by a registered dancer will not be welcome without purchasing an Observer bracelet.

You can place your student by age or ability. The ages listed above are simply guidelines

In some cities, Mini/Junior & Teen/Senior rooms may be combined.

All dancers must submit a signed waiver before participating in the workshop.

If you are registering a larger group (10+), plea have a studio representative collect your specific envelope with registered dancers numbers and bracelets. All participant waivers must be submitted in order to receive your studio envelope.

If walk in space is available, walk in registrations are subject to additional fees.
PROGRAM INCENTIVES

Beat Mentors: The Beat represents more than just dance. The comradery and spirit of family in the classroom is something that is especially important to us. In each city, at the end of the weekend we will pick two dancers, one from each room, to be an assistant to the faculty in each of their classes in the city that they attended for the upcoming year. Beat Mentors must be in the same room they took class in for the following year. They will be listed on our website with their city, their picture, studio and a few questions they will have answered after becoming a Beat Mentor. These chosen dancers represent what The Beat stands for. We will be looking for dancers who represent leadership, passion, work ethic, a team player and a positive role model for all Beat attendees. Beat Mentor registrations will be comped for all of the following season.

Beat Bucks: Each faculty member will give a gift certificate to the merchandise table to a student who stands out in their class, no dancer can receive this twice.

Beat Basket Raffle: A raffle for a $20 merchandise gift certificate, Full scholarship, a Beat-T and a $20 gift certificate to Starbucks to keep up at The Beat weekends!
